vour of Jebn P. Pleasants, and dated the
10th of December, 1798, for FIVE HUNI
DRED DOLLARS ; which letter has been
j SUPPRESSED in a POST-OFFICE, and
I the BANK NOTES taken out as the
PUBLIC MAIL was not STOPPED
MOLESTED, or ROBBED.
