17th 1799, slated as follows, viz. That a certain
John Collins hid in coniequence of fraudulent
deeds poll, obtained patents for two certain
tra<£ls of land, one situate in the county «f
Northumberland, furveycd to Samuel Caldwell
in puri'uaate of a warrant dated in 1774 ; and
th« other Gtuite c«w in Luzerne county, Pur
veyed to said Caldwell by a warrant alfb daud
in 1774 —and requefled that patents might be

mond, Edward Tilgbman, John Alhley, and
