The utility of the above institution has never been qncftion
ed, that it has long been wanted in this city, every gentleman's
«itud willmanifeft, and T. Swamn as the fir ft eftablifher of
the veterenary art, solicits afld relies upon the fuppoitofthat
public (which he is ever anxious in serving) to enable him to
Diingit to perfection. The idea of a fubfeription for uhat
purpose has been hinted by several gentleman, who wilb to
promote the inllitution—the amount of each fubfeription to
be returned by services in any of the departments, he orofeffes,
agreeable to the rate of charges Hated in his hand bill. Such
fubTtription is now open, and the signatures of many refpeft
ible gentlemen already obtained. He therefore injorms his
friends and furh Ladies and gentlemen to whom he has not
the honor of being known, that he (hall in a few days take
the liberty of waiting upon them and (clicking their support
and protection.
