Mr. Vining reported from the commit tee on enrolled bills that they had ex amined the bill, entitled, " An ast to provide for the defence of certain port# and harbors in the United States', —and the enrolled bill, entitled, "An ast making further provision for the expenses attending the intercourse of the United States with foreign nations ; and further to continue in force the ast, entitled, " An ast providing the means of intercourse be tween the United States and foreign na tions," and that they were duly enrolled.
