MIKIfrLEIt'S BITTERS
WILL
CURE ALL DISEASES OF THE SKIN !
Diseases of the skin are numerous and. with but
one or two exceptions, may all be traced to impu
rity of the blood. In many persons this impurity
is born in the system; while others acquire it
through improper treatment of scores of diseases.
Under this head may be classed—
-Ist. Scrofula, —This disease is hereditary and is
transmitted from generation 'o generation It is
caused by a transgression of the law- of nature,
both m rat and physic d ; in other words, it is
caused by fire. Aeiingasa latent poison, it re
duces the vitality of the blood, and weakens the
depurating organs, so that they fail to discharge
or cast out the impurities that are eostina illy gen
erating in the system. A per-on physically pur *
acquires gonorhaoi. or some o her secret disease;
he undergoes a course of mercury, the di-.-n- - is
dried ii)i, and the patient pronounced well. Vain
delusion. The complaint is not cured, i s channel
is only diverted. Instead of making i s appear
ance out wardly, it acts on Ihe internal organs, and
scrofula, which is bequeathed from father to son,
is the result. Matty persons who are perfectly
free from all imiuni ali'v and vie- ate afflicted with
scrofula They are suffering for the sins of their
fathers and laboring under (h -cui- in-eribed in
- rthed in flic Book of Books "I will visi; the
itiiqui ies of the fathers upon tin ir ctnl lren."
'io eure this dreadful com plain it is iaee-s ary
that the blood should he thoroughly purified, all
the organs of 'he hody brought into a healthy state
of action, and the system braced up mud strength
ened by iuvigoratiug lonics. L"ok at the articles
used in compounding Misi lcr's Biter-: tbe ar
ray of purifying and invigorating medicaments,
•ni'l kay whether th re is an ir'icle 111 the woole
list f medicines that cqu 'ls it. We here emphat
ically a.-- -rt. without tear of contradi 'tiou, that
MishltP* Hit'er - vail Core all kind of
S'fnf ul on* Di leasee.
It purifies the blood it strengthens the internal
organs and aids them to pciform their natural
fiiuc'ions i is a stimulant and a tonic and it will
cure Scrofula.
2d, Running Sores and Ulcers.—Running sores
and ulcers inv iriably indi' i'e a semfulous taint.
They are caused by the efforts of nature to dis
charge the impurities of the blood. Many persons
afflicted wi li running sore- aud ulcers succeeded
in drying them up anil think iff y are cured when
the skin grows over the sore. They are. however,
• but making had worse," for the impurities that
were di-charged from the system through tbe me
dium of the -.> re now act internally aud cause in
nuiuerabie diseases and often death. The only
trio and -im cure for all running sores aud ulcers
is Misbler'? Bitters, a eontmued and persevering
use of which will urnstcertainly effect a permanent
cure.
3d. Salt Rheum.—Salt Rheum is a vague, in
definite, though, popular term given to a 1 mo.-: all
the non-febrile erup ions of the skin which afflict
adults. It is generally an eruption of vesicles in
small, distinct ulcers, accompanied with a smart
ing. tingling sensation, witu a tendency to creep
er spFcad over the adjoining surf ice. Mi-tiler's
bitters are a sure cure for this disease.
kit. Pimples and Blot dies. —Pimples sDd Blotch
es on the skin are always a sure sign of impure
blood. A1 hough never dangerous, except in ca
-es of carbuncle-, they arc very disagreeable.—
Of en we will see the most hands une ft-atur -s ren
dered hideous by great blo'ches and pitnfdes. and
instead of the pleasing look which should irradi
ate the human face ive see nothing but disgus.ing
corrupfion; for pimples and blotchi - are nothing
but the corrupt accumulations of iff- sys em ex
cel lei through the metiuin of the skin. The use
of Misbler - Bitters will for e these c >rraptious to
be discharged through the natural channels, and
thus cures all kinds of pimples and blo'ches. Lt
dii- who de-ire at iir eomplection, free from pim
pb s -boutd bear this fact in mind.

HORSE AND CATTLE
POWDERS.
THESE Powders have proved after a trial of
several years, to be superior to any preparation of
the kind in use The chief superiority of thess
powders arises from the fact that thev ere com
posed of medicines that have T.avaMve. Tonic and
Purifying properties. The laxative ejects cru li
i ties from the stomach and in.istines, the t<" io
gi\cs strength to the system oi me H|ise, and the
purifying medicines contained in them cleat-*
the blood, and lay the foundatior for a vigorou*
ami healthy circulation. The use of them improves
the wind, strengthens the appetite and gives ton
horse a fine, smooth and glossy skin—thus improv
ing the appearance, vigor ami spirit of this noble
animal.
These powders are not intended, as most pew
dors are. to bloat the animal, so as to give him the
appearance of being fat w hen not really so—but,
to remove tho disease and promote his general
health.
These powders will strengthen the stomach snd
intestines, cleanse tiicm from offensive matter, and
bring them to a healthy state. They are a sure
preventive of Lung Fever, and a certain remedy
for all disease* incident to the Horse, as Glanders.
Yellow Water, Distempers. Founder, Heaves,
blaveirng. Coughs. Fevers. Loss of Appetite, and
Vita! Energy. Ac —These Powders, if used two or
three times a week, through the winter and spring,
your horse will never get the Lung Fever, Colic or
Bolts. A few doses of these powders w ill remove
the worst cough, on any horse. Were owners of
horses to feed a few ot these powders every year,
they might save the lives of many valuable horses.
MILCH COWS.
The properties this powder possesses in increas
ing tho quantity of uiilk iu cows, gives it an iin
portanee and value which should place it in the
hands of every porson keeping a cow. In fatten
ing cattle, it gives them an appetite, loosens their
hide, and makes them thrive much faster.
HOIIS.
In all diseases of swine, as coughs, alcers in the
lungs and liver. Ac., by putting from half a paper
to a paper of these powders in a barrel of swill,
the above diseases ean bo cured or entirely pre
vented. By using these powders the hog clndora
can be prevented.
