By Virtue of an ord?r of the Orphans'
Court ol Bedford County, the undersigned will sell
at public Sale, on the premises, on Tuesday the
12tn day of June next, all that tract ol land situ
ate in Juniata Township, Bedford County, con
taining 50 acres, more or less, with a log house
and frame kitchen attached, thereon erected, also a
log barn, about fifty acres cleared ; being a portion
of the real estate of Conrad Greger, late deceased,
and adjoining the mansion tract, land of Joseph
Boyers, and others. This property ts well situated

It is the design of the Principals, to make this
Academy, in all respects, a lirst class Institution,
for the thorough instruction of youth of t both sexes,
and to prepare them for any profession or position
in life.
The bigh moral and scientific tone of the school
is well known to this community, and a strict disci
pline will be enforced.
A few boys, (the number is limited to ten,) will
be received into the larniiy of the Principals, as
boarders.
The beauty of the scenery and the salubrity of
the climate render Bedford a most desirable loca
tion for such a school.
Persons from abroad, visiting at the Springs, can

boundary lines, towns, villages, Hotels, Churches,
School Houses, Post Offices, stores, grist mills, saw

each one is engaged in. I will put on the saint
sheet maps of all the towns and large villages, also
