REASURER'S SALE
OF UNSEATED LANDS.
Agreeably to the provisions of an act of As
sembly, directing the mode oi selling unseated lands
for taxes, and for other purposes, passed the 13tb
of March 1815, and the supplement, thereto, passed
the 13th day of March 1817, and 25th of March
1831, and the 9th day of March 1847. The Treas
urer ot the county of Bedford hereby gives notice
to all persons concerned therein, that unless the
County, State, School and Road taxes due on the
following tracts of unseated lands—situated in Bed
ford County, are paid before the day of Sale—the
whole, or such part of each tract, as will will pay
the taxes, and the costs chargeable thereon, will be
sold at the Court House, in the Borough of Bedford,
County ot Bedford, on the second Monday of June
next, for the arreaiages of taxes due, and the costs
accrued thereon, and said [sale will be continued
from day today until all are disposed of.

By Virtue of an order of the Orphans'
Court ol Bedford County, the undersigned will sell
at public Sale, on the premises, on Tuesday the
12th day of June next, all that tract of land sita
ate in Juniata Township, Bedford County, con
taining 50 acres, more or less, with a log house
and frame kitchen attached, thereon erected, also a
log barn, about fifty acres cleared ; being a portion
of the real estate of Conrad Greger, late deceased,
and adjoining the mansion tract, land of Joseph
Boyers, and others. This property is well situated
in a pleasant neighborhood in the vicinity of Buena
Vista.
Terms: One third of the purchase money to be
secured in the property for the use of the widow
during her lifetime, and at her death the principal
to the heirs. One third of the remainder to be paid
at the confirmation ot the sale ; and the remainder
in two equal annual payments thereafter. The whole
