    ORPHANS' COURT SALE.
By Virtue of an ord°r of the Orphans'
Court ot Bedford Counts, the undersigned will sell
at public Sale, on the premises, on Tuesday the
!2tb day of Juue next, all that tract ol land sita
ate in Juniata Township, Bedford County, con
taining 56 acres, more or "less, with a log house
and frame kitchen attached, thereon erected, also a
log barn, about fifty acres cleared ; being a portion
of the real estate of Conrad Greger, late deceased,
and adjoining the mansion tract, laud of Joseph
Boyers, and others. This property is well situated
in a pleasant neighbo: hood in the vicinity ot Buena
Vista.
Terms: One third of the purchase money to be
secured in the property for the use 01 the wictow
during her lifetime, and at her death the principal
to the heirs. One third of the remainder to be paid
at the confirmation oi the 'ale ; and the remainder
in twoeqoal annual payments thereafter. Ihe whole
to be secured by judgments on the property-

Agreeably to the provisions ot an act -of As
sembly, directing the mode ol selling unreated lands
r or taxes, and for other purposes, passed tbe 13th
if March 1815, and the supplement, thereto, passed
.he 13th day of March 1817, and 25th of March
1831, and the oth day ot March 1847. The Treas
urer ol the county of Bedford hereby gives notice
"o all persons concerned therein, that unless the
County, State, School and Road taxes due on the
ollowtng tracts of unseated lands—situated in Bed
ord County, are paid before the day of Sale—the
whole, or such part of each tract, as will will pay
the taxes, and the costs chargeable thereon, will be
sold at the Court House, in the Borough of Bedford,
County ot Bedlord, on the second Monday of June
next, for the arrearages of taxes due, and the costs
accrued thereon, and said sale will be continued
from day today unt'l all are disposed of.

from actual surveys, if a sufficient number of sub
scrihers can be raised to justify me in the enter
prise.
The map will be large and well finished and will
show the location of all the public roads streams,
boundary lines, towns, villages, Hotels, Churches,
School Houses, Post Offices, stores, grist mills, saw
mills 4-c., &c., and will contain the names of all the
property holders, and show the biisines that almos;
each one is engaged in. I will put on the saint
sheet maps of all the towns and large villages, also
tables and statistics of the County and (if taken in
time) the census of ISGO. Pains' will betaken to
make it a= reliable as any Map in the Slate.
