ford, and about the same distance from the termina
tion of the "Bediord Rail Road." It is also in a
plea-ant neighborhood, convenient to good schools,
and within 2| mi les of the "Allegheny Male and
Ferrule Seminary," at Rainsburg.
There is a fine Church also within sight, and it is
SUrounded by an intelligent ar.d moral community.

one, and persons riesiiing to purchase would do well
