Orphans' court of Bedford county, the
undersigned, administrator of the Estate <>f Pe
ter Barndollar, late of West Providence town
ship, dec'd, will sell, on Saturday, the sth day
of November, A. D. 1859, upon the premises,
the following described Real Estate, to
w it :
One tract of Land situate on the South side
of the Juniata River, in said township, contain
ing 217 acres and 105 perches, and allowance,
adjoining lands of David Sparks, Jacob Barn
dollar and others ; about 100 acres cleared and
under fence and in fine state of cultivation
10 acres thereof good meadow. The improve
ments consist, in part, of a two story double
log dwelling house, a barn, wagon shed, spring
house and other out buildings. There is, also,
an orchard of choice fruit upon the premi
ses.
ALSO, one other tract of lard, adjoining
the above, containing 23 Acres and 51 perches,
held by warrant. There is also a good water
power on the aforesaid property—also a sugar
camp.
TERMS OF SALE: One third in hand,
after confirmation of sale, to wit On first of
April, 1860, when Deed will be made anil
possession delivered—the remainder in two
equal annual payments thereafter, to be secured
by judgment bonds or honds and mortgage.

ted, part in Juniata and pari in Napier Town
ships, adjoining lands of Jacob Dull, Henrv
Horn, Peter Hillegas and others, containing 182
acres more or less, about 90 acres cleared and
under fence, having thereon erected two dwel
ling houses, barn, stable, and other out-buildings.
This land lies on the public road between
Schellsburg and Buena Vista, is well watered
and includes a large amount of first class meadow
land, and plenty of fine timber. It will be sold
in lots to suit purchasers or as one farm. Per
sons desirous of purchasing will find this a very
