grant a rule upon the heirs and legal representatives
of Philip H. Hoover, late of Juniata township, dee'd,

likely to arise in the distribution of the money, and

the same, whereupon on motion of Mr. Shannon,
G. W. Benford, Esq., appointed auditor to make a
distribution of said money upon usual notice.
