Idm in ist rotors. i March 21,1856* i Treasurer's Sale of Unseated Lands. 1 AGREEABLY to the provisions of an Act of Assembly,directing the mode of selling unsea led lands for taxes ami other purposes, passed the 15th March, 1815, and the supplements thereto, passed the 13th of March, 1817, and the 25th day of March, 1836, and the 9ih dav of March, 1846, the Tieasurerof the County of Bedford, hereby gives notice to all persons concerned, that unless the County, State* School and Road taxes, due on the following tracts of unseated lands, situate in Bedford County, are paid before the day of sale, the whole, or such parts of eac!) tract as will pay the taxes and costs charge able thereon, will be sold at the Court House, in the Borough of Bedford, on tlw SECOND MONDAY 9th DAY OF JUNE NEXT, for the arrearages of Taxes due and the costs ac crued thereon, and said sale will be continued from day to day, until all are disposed of.
