A wagon containing sm emptv trunk, with

James McQiald plead guilty to an indict
ment for interrupting church services. Tho

requested James to pay a fine nf fifty dollars
to the commonwealth with the costs of prose
cution, gently informing hliu rtl the same that
the Sheriff would take charge of his personal
corpus until said terms were complied with.
William Myers, a young man of some twenty
summers, bailing from West Vs., plead
guilty to an indictment for burglary and iir
eray wss sentenced to undergo an Imprison
ment in tho Western Peuitenllary for thu tenn
