was seasonal with offerings reported as ample
on yolks, sufficient on whole, and short to bare
ly adequate on whites Liquid and frozen eggs
(ingredients included) processed under federal
inspection in the Eastern region for the week
ending 13 December 2003 were 8# more than
the previous week, and 5% more than last year
According to NASS the Oct 2003 total cold
storage holdings for frozen whole eggs were
33% more than last year, but 11% less than last
month
