ANSWER In answer to the problem with a sweating, dripping toliet, Nancy Fountaine, Strykersville, N.Y., sends this advice. She had the same problem. In fact, it was so bad, a puddle usually formed on the bathroom floor. She tried various solutions that did not work until a plumber took the back off the toliet and put in a permanent insulated line. He had to shut off the water to the toliet for 24 hours, so they needed to fill a pail of water to flush the toliet for a day.
