Compared to last week, the bulk of the Grad
ed feeder pigs sold SO 00 lower on all weight
breaks Total numbers greatly increased from
the past several months, which is reflected in
significantly lower prices Heaver weights were
hit the hardest, selling 75 percent lower than
last weeks prices Buyers simply had a large
supply to choose from and a difficult time ab
sorbing the heavier weight hogs All pigs contin
ue to go to slaughter as mandated Pigs consign
ed to the Wednesday sale are graded on arrival,
and sold on their in-weights Paces are quoted
per hundred weight The Graded run consisted
of 44 percent Graded 1-2‘s and 19 percent
Graded 2‘s Head Weight Price US 1-2 76
