DAIRY PRODUCTS HIGHLIGHTS:
CHEDDAR CHEESE prices received for
US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.56 per
pound for the week ending November 8. The
price per pound decreased 1.6 cents from the
previous week. The price for US 500 pound
Barrels adjusted to 38 percent moisture aver
aged $1.53 per pound, down 3.7 cents from
the previous week.
BUTTER prices received for 25 kilogram
and 68 pound boxes meeting USDA Grade
AA standards averaged $l.lB per pound for
the week ending November 8 The U.S. price
per pound decreased 0.4 cents from the previ
ous week
NONFAT DRY MILK prices received for
bag, tote and tanker sales meeting USDA
Extra Grade or USPH Grade A standards av
eraged 81.1 cents per pound for the week
ending November 8. The U.S. price per
pound decreased 0.1 cent from the previous
week.
DRY WHEY prices received for bag, tote
and tanker sales meeting USDA Extra Grade
standards averaged 19.6 cents per pound for
the week ending November 8. The U.S. price
per pound increased 0.1 cent from the previ
ous week.

and parcel of the Jan. 31 issue of Corn talk in
Lancaster Farming. Also scheduled is a feature from a
Columbia County 5-Acre Corn Club winner, silage
reports, meeting updates, and a calendar of crop growing
and management events.
