Combine: VA cups cooked pumpkin 1 teaspoon cinnamon Vi cup sugar 'A teaspoon each ginger and nutmeg Blend in: 1 slightly beaterf egg 1 cup evaporated milk Carefully pour fully mixed pumpkin/ mixture over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes. For an added treat always top with delicious whipped cream.
