many reasons to look at the regu
lations. “Don’t let anything hap
pen without being aware of
what’s happening,” he said.
“If they (farmers) don’t look at
it, they might get something that
somebody has made that does not
feel the pulse of the farm,” said

of the Lancaster County Conser
