breast items were ample and discounted to

movement was fair at best. Trade sentiment re
mained cautious and unsettled The market
tone was barely steady to weak on breast items,
barely steady on tenderloins and wings; no bet
ter than steady on the balance.

Gram and soybean bids were higher for the
day Wheat found light support from the posi
tive stock numbers yesterday and technical buy
ing. Corn saw slight gains due to the stronger
soybean and wheat trade Com yields continue
to be good, applying pressure to the market
Soybeans recovered most of its losses from yes
terday's lower market as poor yields continue to
lend support. Wheat was 5-9 cents higher ex
cept Portland 2 cents higher Corn was steady
to 2 cents higher. Sorghum was steady to 4
cents higher Soybeans were S-tO cents higher
except Minneapolis 15 cents higher.
