Despite strong winds and heavy rains from Hurricane Isa bel the night before, the So lanco Fair Youth Livestock Sale continued on late last week. Though wind knocked tents down and attendance was down for the final night of the fair, hundreds attended the livestock auc tion, where 115 bidders were registered.
