their individual ewes separated
but use the same ram.
Joelynn’s lamb named Pixel
was the grand champion non-sale
lamb at Elizabethtown Fair sev
eral weeks ago. But Joelynn
knew she couldn’t coast on that
success throughout remaining
competitions.
“I knew he (my brother) would
beat me out. His lamb is awe
some,” she said. “But I love
mine. I will never sell her.”
In breeding sheep competition,
Denver Fair selects the best ewe
and ram over all breeds. Grand
champion ram of the show was a
Romney shown by Kellie Graef,
