the history and culture of the Pennsylva
nia German Community from 1740-1940.

WHITEHORSE (Lancaster Co.)
Ron Lieberman, an internationally
known bookseller, appraiser, historian,
and library consultant will speak at the
Salisbury Township Historical Society
meeting scheduled, Thursday, Sept. 18
at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Building,
Whitehorse.
He will discuss the factors that con
tribute to making some books valuable,
and will have with him some interest
ing examples from his own collections
and stock.
The presentation is free for all inter
ested persons.
Lieberman hopes that the public will
bring to the meeting some books about
which they have questions.
