Wolff Announces Increase In Crop Insurance Protection
HARRISBURG (Dauphin
Co.) Agriculture Secretary
Dennis C. Wolff announced last
week that Pennsylvania’s AGR-
Lite crop insurance protection
program’s maximum policy size
was raised to $250,000, from the
original $lOO,OOO ceiling. This in
crease will extend protection eli
gibility for producers with annual
gross revenues up to $500,000.
The Department proposed that
AGR-Lite be available for use in
11 other targeted northeastern
states.
