Mark and Roseann Fyock and their son Terry fresh out of high
school operate this 50-cow dairy. The 100-acre home farm has been
in the family for more than 100 years. Mark’s father, Wayne Fyock,
grew up on the property and eventually purchased the farm from his
uncle. Mark began milking cows here in 1989. His father still helps out
