Norman and Elizabeth Horst are the proprietors of this dairy farm
along Sherman’s Creek at the foot of Dempsey Mountain. Their son
Matthew owns the herd of 70 milking Holsteins. Matthew’s wife, Gail,
and his younger brother, Matthew, 16, also help on the farm. The
