Weekly Meat Production Under Federal Inspection WASHINGTON, D.C., June 27- (USDA-NASS) - Total red meat pro duction under federal inspection for the week ending Saturday, June 28, was estimated at 915.1 million lbs, according to the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service. This was 0.2 percent higher than a week ago and 2.0 percent lower than a year ago. Cumulative meat production for the year to date was 0.3 percent lower compared to the previous year.
