First Quarterly Ag Issues Luncheon Successful HARRISBURG (Dauphin Co.) Approximately 100 from the agriculture community including farmers, industry representatives; Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture employees, state FFA officers, cabinet secretaries, and legislative staff attended the first Quarterly Ag Issues Luncheon here late last week. At the barbecue luncheon, newly appointed FFA state officers delivered their opening ceremonies for the first time. Eric Rubenstein, state FFA president, introduced Agri culture Secretary Dennis Wolff, who spoke about the re cord of Pennsylvania agriculture and the plan for a new Pennsylvania.
