HERD DISPERSAL
THURSDAY, JULY 3rd

Located approx. 3 miles south of Shippensburg,
off Route 11, on Mt. Rock Rd., at Mt. Rock
Church, turn on Farm Lane through the Church
parking lot or off Route 81 at exit 24, Fayette St.,
take Mt. Rock Rd. approx. 2 miles to Church
parking lot, watch for sale signs.
Selling: 49 registered holsteins - milking, several
dry cows, approximately one third of the herd in
their first lactation.
Plus: 12 bred heifers, from closed up to short
bred
And: 21 head of Yearlings and a few calves.
Everything is registered, seven are percentage
animals, the balance are 100%
DHIA rolling herd average over 20,000 Milk, 3.7
fat, 3.0 protein per cow in the tank, SCC is aver
aging 200,000 - monthly herd check and all vac
cinations are up to date - catalogs available at
ringside.
This is basically a Canadian sired and bred herd,
with a few top US Sires being used. Sires of the
mature animals selling include: 5 by Comestar
Leader, 3 by Aeroline, 2 by Storm, 3 by Gibson -
others by Outside, Progress,' flames, Maspn,

our cataloging personnel at that time
4. All cattle are bled + IB tested for immediate interstate shipment
