Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
was fair to moderate and generally suffi
cient in keeping the bulk of offerings in
good balance. Live supplies were moder
ate with weights ranging desirable to
heavy, mostly desirable. Processing sched
ules were moderately heavy. Less than
trucklot asking prices were unchanged at
59 to 67 cents. Trade sentiment was
steady. In the parts complex, bone-in
breasts were readily available and slow to
clear; boneless skinless breasts were hilly
sufficient Leg items were mostly ade
quate. Wings and tendersloins were avail
able.
