Flowering Lady” by Renoir. On
the lower right it says, “Wash.
D.C. Minted. 1912. I know Re
noir was a famous painter. It is in
an older frame. Is it valuable ?

base bud vases in various sizes,
shapes and colors.
They look like 40s or 50s style.

them?

companies, including Steuben.
