Less than trucklot asking prices were un changed at 57 to 67 cents. Trade senti ment was steady. In the parts complex, boneless skinless breasts continued to clear well. Bone-in breasts were at least adequate. Leg items were in good demand and clearances were generally well main tained. Wings were at least adequate and increasing in availability. Food service was fair to fairly good with best interest into fast food, cat ering services, and delis. Movement in some areas showed a decline once post holiday fill-in requirements were met. Supplies were in balance to well cleared for trade needs. In the parts structure, trading was light to fair, but with first of the month approaching, optimism was re ported. Breast items and wings were ade quate, but becoming more available, and dark meat items were in good balance with increased interest. In production areas, live supplies were moderate at mixed, but mostly desirable weights. The market tone was firm on the larger sizes and at least steady on the balance. Demand was moderate to good, best where features were a factor. Supplies were reported as sufficient to in close balance for current needs. Breaking stock supplies were short to about ade quate for the moderate to good demand. The National total shell egg inventory was unchanged from last week. Light type fowl were fully sufficient for the fair to moderate demand.
