Trade sentiment was about steady in
the East, generally steady elsewhere. Re
tail demand was light to moderate, best
for retail ads, food service was moderate
to fairly good, best into fast food. Supplies
of all sizes were at least adequate to avail
able and competitively priced in some in
stances. In the parts structure, breast
items were more than sufficient. Wings
ranged adequate to ample, and dark meat
was at least adequate.ln production areas,
live supplies were moderate with weights
in a full range.

tions. Trade sentiment was steady to in
stances fully steady. Demand was in a full
range of light to fairly good, best where
features were a factor. Supplies were ade
quate to instances ample, but remained
confidently held. Breaking stock offerings
ranged tight to sufficient for the fair to
moderate demand. Light type fowl were
at least adequate to fully adequate for re
duced processing schedules.
