and a 48’X64’ pole-constructed 4-bay concrete floor heifer bam with feed
storage, concrete barnyard and automatic waterers. This property also has
drilled well, on-site sewage and 1,871’ hardtop road frontage on Muddy Run
and Rockville Road. A modem dairy facility overlooking the Juniata River
Valley, ready for immediate occupancy.
