4-H Livestock Club. She is the
daughter of Kim and Craig Mor
gan, and has been exhibiting for
nine years.
Becky Cowell of Greene Coun
ty took the reserve championship
with her 133-pound crossbred
lamb, also of Suffolk and Hamp
shire bloodlines.
Cowell, 19, is a freshman at
Waynesburg College, where she
is majoring in biology. Her par
ents are Keith and Sharon Cow
ell.
Judge Ron Guenther of Ohio
said that the top lambs repre
sented “two of the better car
crises in the bam” as well as
demonstrating a live conforma
tion that was “true and correct.”
Guenther commended all the
youth lamb exhibitors and spoke
about the quality of the animals
he selected as class winners.
“The lambs I picked out here
today are all lambs that are going
to yield very nicely,” he said.
The judge also made a call for
continued improvement of the
