last coast Wednesdav which kept manv producers awav from the sale barns Bidding was mixed andwas more dependent on the quahtv fill and finish than usual Holstein steers and fed heifers were not well tested this week Slaughter cows kicked off the week trending weak to SO tower However on a light run Tuesday buvers aggressively procured cows SO-2 00 higher and the fire was still growing late in the week with bids another SO higher The quality of the cow runs this week was pretty good as the number o( Breaking and Boning cows increased with three pot loads of the fancy fleshier type cows going
