Boxed beef prices gained some ground
and gave support to the feedlots. USDA’s
boxed beef cut-out values Friday morning
averaged 119.80 up .10 from last Friday
Sales of slaughter cattle on a national
basis for negotiated cash trades totaled
105,000 through 10:00 a.m. Friday Last
weeks full count was light at 169,700.
