During the course of the fair the NYBIC served 39,892 samples; 8,235 samples were served on Beef Day alone. Additionally, the Ameri can National Cattle Women con ducted IS cooking demonstra tions with two recipes each session. Beef Day is an eagerly antici pated event, as local media and beef producers join together to promote the benefits of beef.
