to fair, best where featured. Food service
was light to instances moderate with fast

ket tone was fully steady. Retail and dis
tributive demand ranged moderate to
good. Supplies were irregular for current
trade needs. The New York Slate shell
egg inventory was 19% higher and the
New Jersey inventory was 34% higher
than the previous week.
