York Fair Hosts Full Slate Of Sheep Shows

Travis, 17, a junior at York
County School of Technology,
has been exhibiting sheep in 4-H
for nine years but has been exhib
iting sheep in open shows since
he was four years old. He was
also named champion showman
in the junior show judged by Dr.
Robert Herr, Narvon.

They are the children of Tom
and Josie Flory. Besides York
Fair, the family exhibits animals
at the Maryland State Fair and
Farm Show.
They brought 20 head of sheep
and 10 head of market hogs, and
34 chickens and ducks to the fair,
also taking home several champi
on designations in the poultry
show, including the best of show
placing with a goose.
