Rhonda Hook and Penny Spangler of the Miflllnburg FFA Chapter recently attended the 2002 Washington Leadership Conference (WLC) in Washing ton, D.C. Rhonda is the daughter of Steve and Wanda Hook of RR Middleburg and is presently serv ing as the president of the Mif flinburg FFA Chapter. Penny is the daughter of Lee and Kathy Spangler of RR Mifflinburg and is the assistant vice president for the chapter. Both are active in the FFA and will be showing live stock at the upcoming Union County West End Fair. The week-long interactive pro gram helps FFA members build their leadership skills and self confidence while preparing for roles in their chapters, commu nities and future careers.
