Joanne Siciliano-Jones graduated form Ohio State
University and received a Ph.D. from the University of
Illinois. She was formerly manager of basic research at
the Agway/Cooperative Research Farms Dairy
Research Facility. In 1995, she founded F.A.R.M.E.
Institute, a private research and technical services
provider, and currently serves as its president. Larry
Jones (pictured above) also graduated from Ohio State
University and received his Ph.D. from the University of
Illinois. Before joining F.A.R.M.E. Institute, where he is
vice-president, he was a member of the Dairy
Management faculty at Cornell University.
