CATTLE: Compared to last Tuesday,
slaughter steers and holstein steers sold
1.00 lower. The steer market opened on a
good start Monday but trading was slow
on Tuesday, with mostly average to plain
cattle. Slaughter heifers not well tested.
Slaughter bulls mostly steady on light of
ferings. Slaughter cows were uneven, with
Breakers and Boners trading 4.00-5.00
lower and Lean cows 1.00-2.00 higher.
Supply included 45 percent slaughter
steers and 46 percent cows.
