Demand slowed and was light to mostly moderate with the best movement cen tered around limited feature activity. Supplies were closely balanced to avail able. Breaking stock offerings were usually adequate to fully sufficient for normal to heavy breaking schedules. De- mand for additional product remained in a full range of light to fairly good. Demand was moderate with buyer interest and trading. Live sup plies was moderate for the market being reported with an estimated slaughter of 1,325,000 compared to 1,322,000 last Tuesday. Weights were desirable. Pro cessing schedules were moderate. Supply and demand of bone-in breast was good with trading more active than normal. Actual slaughter for 6/10-6/15 was 6,731,358 head with an average weight of 4.94. Negotiated F. 0.8. dock prices, 2 pounds and heavier ice-packed broilers and fryers, trucklot sales of US Grade A or equivalent were steady at .50 -.66 per pound; less than trucklot sales .55 -.73 per pound. Prices were unchanged on all sizes today. Supplies are moderate for plant needs. Prices to retailers, in small lots, USDA Grade A and Grade A, 30 dozen cases, white eggs in cartons, delivered store door, cents per dozen. Large 83; Medium 67; Small 49.
