935. Slaughter cows were steady to 3.00
lower; bulls were steady. Feeder calves
were mostly 2.00-8.00 lower. Slaughter
cows and bulls 20 percent. Replacement
pairs and feeder cows 8 percent. Feeder
steers and bulls under 600 lbs 36 percent,
over 600 lbs 6 percent; feeder heifers
under 600 lbs 28 percent, over 600 lbs 2
percent.

received for US 40 pound Blocks aver
aged $1.20 per pound for the week ending
March 30. The price per pound increased
1.1 cents from the previous week. The
price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted
to 38 percent moisture averaged $1.19 per
pound, up 0.7 cents from the previous
week.
BUTTER prices received for 25 kilo
gram and 68 pound boxes meeting USDA
Grade AA standards averaged $1.22 per
pound for the week ending March 30. The
U.S.price per pound decreased 2.0 cents
from the previous week.
NONFAT DRY MILK prices received
for bag, tote and tanker sales meeting
USDA Extra Grade or USPH Grade A
standards averaged 90.1 cents per pound
for the week ending March 30. The U.S.
