Tmckiot buying activity on ready-to
cook whole broiler/fryers was about fair
at best as dealers assumed a cautious
and selective posture. Offerings of all
sizes at least adequate and noted as
slightly more available today. Movement
through retail and distributive channels
was light to fair. The market tone was
steady.
