Boyd Smith, National Corn Growers Association, will ad dress “What’s Happening to Ethanol Markets and Policy?” Dennis Phelps, soy bean grower and USB direc tor, will look at National Soybean Board priorities, in ternational markets, biodiesel, and new uses. The conference includes the annual Corn and Soybean Yield Contest awards, associ ation updates, and exhibits. Russ Montgomery, York County Economic Develop ment, will discuss economic development with corn and soybean growers in Pennsyl vania. “Basis: Where’s It Heading and Why?” is the topic discussed by Jim Dunn, Penn State Department of AG Economics and Rural So ciology.
