Front 1969-99, dairy forms decreased from 650 thousand to Just over 111 thousand, an 85
percent decrease in 50 years, a residt of economic conditions, urban sprawl and
environmental regidations. During the same time, the 85 percettt less farms produced 50
percent more milk, from 117 billion pounds to over 162 billion, primarily because of advance:
