PMMB Announces Public Hearing, Party Deadlines
HARRISBURG (Dauphin Co.) A public hearing
for all Pennsylvania milk marketing areas has been set
by the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board for Oct. 3,
2001 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 202 of the PDA building,
2301 N. Cameron St., Harrisburg,
The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony
and exhibits concerning the level of the over-order
premium paid to Pennsylvania milk producers.
The current over-premium is set at $l.lO per hun
dredweight plus $.25 for fuel cost compensation. The
