dairy animal.
“There are times when cows
showcase themselves in their
wedding clothes and this cow is
doing it today,” judge Dan Car
roll said of Cammoufs “Celeste.”
This 3~year-old Jersey, Celeste, was named supreme
champion dairy animal at the Kutztown Fair. From left are

Cammouf manages a milking
herd of about 50 cows, including
about five Jerseys, on the farm he
grew up on near Mohrville. He
started the operation three years
ago.
After his parents had retired
from dairy fanning in the mid
1980 s, Cammouf said he “always
knew he wanted to get back” in
the dairy business.
